Unchanging dreams, if this continues on Please don't pause in your happiness Even if it doesnt need to called out but The drowning days are piling over me. ----- Ruki from the japanese rock band The gazettE. He is awesome, beautiful and pure love. Wow I nearly cannot believe, that I really finished this portrait. It's been a while now, that I submitted my last one. It's not accurate but I'm very proud. The pearls are so much work to do. As you can see, at some parts I scamped a little bit. At most one the collar of his jacket. Sad to say, that it's not perfect. But I think it gives the picture a personal touch. Don't you think? There are some more mistakes but I think it's okay. medium pencils HB - 8B time long time… many many hours size A4 ref pic [link] ---- It's dedicated to  I love her art, she is the most inspiring example for me. And she loves Ruki  ----   |

How do you know which way the wind blows?
Cause I can feel it all around...
I'm lost between the sound....
You know, when I saw the thumbnail, I thought "Wow, this sucks, everyone's getting better without me D8"
But as much as that bummed me out, seeing that it's dedicated to me makes me feel instantly way better. XD So thank you~
Anyway, the drawing! I can't believe how well done it is. =__= I couldn't have done it any better. Seriously. You put so much detail in it. I've always thought that photo of him was so beautiful, it just looked like so much work, I never drew it. And now I know I'm never gonna, 'cause what's the point when I could never top your version! XD
And I think it's really very okay to change stuff. There's probably no point drawing something yourself if you can't choose which parts to change and which to keep the same.

du bist einfach wahnsinnig!
a lot of people (myself included) have a hard time with keeping the tones even and vivid--even if it is just monochrome, the light parts match the dark areas nicely~ I love it. 8D
